At Acura ***********, owned by ***** ****, I traded in my 2022 ********* Suburban for a *********************** February. Just two weeks later, a **** dealer inspection revealed that the vehicle had previously suffered damage and had undergone repairs in two places neither of which were discovered or reported on Carfax.Furthermore, the seller did not inform me that the vehicle had been a company rental car. Instead, they told me that it had only had one owner, leading me to believe that it had been used by a single family not hundreds or even thousands of drivers. When I contacted CEO ****** ***** about these issues, he refused to take the car back and suggested that I either sell it elsewhere or take legal action. Then ***** ****** offered me a deal where I would have to pay an additional $10,000 to trade in my **** Expedition for a 2021 ******** Essentially, they expected me to take another financial loss rather than make things right. When I declined and asked to speak to the owner, they responded, Were the first ones here.Further research revealed a disturbing pattern: **** ***** regularly buys vehicles at auctiondamaged or notrepairs them, and resells them without properly disclosing their history.I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of. If youre considering doing business with this dealer, think twice. Work with honest dealers who keep their worddont fall victim to deceptive practices like I did. Before buying from this dealership, have the vehicle inspected by a professional. Otherwise, you could find yourself in the same situation - losing $10,000 in depreciation in just five days.I strongly urge ***** ****, ****** *****, and their team to address these unethical business practices. Until they do, I will continue to share my experience to prevent others from falling for them.
