    We are extremely happy with the service we received from Strada Services LLC on April 10, 2025!From the moment we scheduled our appointment online through their website, we received timely email and text confirmations (our chosen method), including a reminder the day before and another notification the morning of the appointment. They even provided the name and a photo of our technician, ******** ****** (aka Big Man), which was a thoughtful and reassuring touch.When ******** arrived, he introduced himself right away. There was a small pricing confusion due to our online booking, but he quickly made a call and had everything sorted out within secondsno hassle at all.Before beginning work on our system, he took the time to ask if we had any concerns. As he worked, he identified a few issues, clearly showed and explained what was wrong, and how it was affecting both our systems performance and air quality. He then walked us through our options and the associated costs.We are very satisfied with the service and will absolutely be using Strada Services again and requesting ******** (aka Big Man) to service our AC next year!

    I hired this company to install a light fixture and was quoted $195 over the phone several weeks before the installation was to take place. The day before the appointment, the company left a voicemail that the new price would be $585. I called to have the issue corrected and instead was told that I was in the wrong. I asked several times to speak to someone who could assist in resolving the issue, but was eventually told that the company would not be able to assist with my needs and I was hung up on. If there had been a mistake in the quoted price, the company had over a week to call me and correct their error and explain why the error was made, but instead they waited until the day before to try to force me into paying triple what had originally been quoted. Avoid this company at all costs - they will mistreat you and make sure that you end up paying more than you planned or could pay elsewhere.

    We initially provided the customer with a quote of $195 per hour for a two-person crew to install a light fixture in her foyer, which has a ceiling height of 16 feet. She scheduled the appointment based on that information.

    Afterward, the customer called back requesting a specific quote for the installation. Following Brian's advice, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team quoted her for three hours of work at our standard rate of $195 per hour. During that conversation, the customer informed the CSR team that she intended to record our crew's work and determine her final bill based on the actual time taken for the installation. She also mentioned that she would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) if any issues arose.

    Upon learning about this situation, I assessed that, given the tone of the interaction before any work had even begun, it was likely that the situation would not improve. I made the decision to advise the customer that Strada would not be able to meet her expectations and that we would be canceling the work order.

    To clarify, we provided her with our hourly rate of $195 per hour for a two-person crew—not a flat rate of $195 for the entire installation, as she later claimed in her BBB complaint. When she asked for a fixed price, we quoted her $195 per hour, estimating a worst-case scenario of three hours, which we communicated clearly. At no point did we alter or change the quoted price.

    I waited almost 2 weeks for a supervisor to call me about my AC when he finally called (his name is *****) he called from his personal cellphone so he can avoid being recorded. He threatened me about service charge and was yelling at me and told me I am done with you! Hang up on me when I was trying to explain what I needed. Very rude and verbally abusive. Has no manners whatsoever. This so called supervisor has no patience and have no understanding how to treat a customer. Lacks humanity. This company should be close down. I read majority of the reviews and everyone seems to be complaining about this companys integrity. No wonder they change their name so its hard to track their record. I feel bad for the people that are doing the hard work and getting their hands dirty. The techs I met were all kind to some degree but the supervisor?!? Forget it. Disgusting individual.

    The supervisor reviewed all previous calls, pictures, and reports related to the unit. There were no indications that any parts needed replacement, according to the technicians' notes and diagnostic reports. After discussing this with the customer, the supervisor explained that this would be the third visit where no issues were found. As such, any additional visits will incur a diagnostic fee of $144.00. Unfortunately, the customer became upset, interrupted the conversation, and the call had to be ended."

    Strada and I entered a three year contract in 2018. Once the contract was up, we did not want to do the month to month thing because they installed us a terrible alarm system that had broken down within a year and the the guy they sent to fix it, rigged it for it to break down again. I called numerous times about it and only to be told by a **** that they would give us a new one if we signed a new contract and I refused because it was the second time it had broken down. I called and left messages and nobody returned my call. I been told by my parents that I am getting correspondence sent to their home and I no longer live there. That thing is still hanging in my parents wall broke as h*** It hasn't been used by nobody in that home. Not to mention they kept up excessive charges for an alarm system that wasn't being used and hadn't been used in 3 years because it was broken and outdated but wanted me to pay for a broken alarm system month to month. Ridiculous. I was NOT about to enter a new contract for them for another broken system. I am disputing all charges because they installed a raggedy system from began with and tried to con me into signing a new contract in order to fix that beat up thing.

    Strada Services does not stand behind the product they service. They are not helpful with issues they created. They have serviced my AC unit installed in June of 2021, by putting a band aid on the issues. Now that my service contract has expired, they will no longer guarantee the work that has been done up to this point. Since the original installation they have serviced my unit at least 30+ times. I give them 0 stars for customer service.***********************

    They send out techs that just call our unit dirty instead of listening to me when I said the filter just got put in backwards last night. And then we have a major coolant leak that I have to get onto the builders to even send a tech out. I was charged 350+ for a dude to literally not fix anything and then took today off for the ac tech to come replace a part and it's 2 hours outside of the window from when he was supposed to be here.

    ************************ unit experienced a leak and required the repair of the **** a major component of the A/C unit. Several factors can cause this part to fail. Unfortunately, the builder declined the repair, which has understandably upset ********************.

    I have included pictures of the job so you can see the condition of the unit. It appears that poor maintenance may have contributed to the issues with the unit.

    My A/C unit was purchased from and installed by OneStop in 2020. I discovered the condensation line was not working and called OneStop's phone number which was answered by Strada (formerly OneStop). Strada came out to look at the condensation drain line, recommended a condensate pump and informed me I would get a call back with the quote for installation of the condensate line. Strada charged me $144 for the service call.
    After waiting 2 days, I still had not received a call back from Strada with a quote. I called to follow-up and was told the quote wasn't ready yet and was ensured they would call me when they had the quote.
    After another 2 days of waiting, I called *** ***. *** *** came out same day, diagnosed the problem and were able to provide a quote during the visit. I contracted with *** *** and as a result they discounted their $99 service charge and have already installed the pump and redirected the damaged line.
    I have never heard back from Strada and consider their $144 service charge a complete loss! I will not be contacting Strada in the future, nor would I recommend them to anyone. No follow-through!
