      I received an estimate from the company and decided to sign a contract for the installation of the garage door and opener. Their website advertised they are a proud supporter of the MySafeFL ******************* I received an email stating they do not support the **** ********** grant ******** I believe this is false advertising as well as discrimination against ********** homeowners.

      MySafeFLHomes has two tiers of approval one is **********, and one is standard. We are not an approved vendor of the ********** ****** We are working on getting approved for both tiers as well as set up for not on the spot payments terms. We really want to help you out and to show good faith we will be contacting you to do the door at no charge.

      11/20/23 contracted for a new garage door complete install with new garage door opener, they stated items in stock and can start immediately on receipt of building permit, made s 10% deposit of $300. Estimate ********* Project ********* Estimate Date 11/20/2023 30 days and 11 phone calls later only received 1 call from *** after 7 days stating they had no vendor, this was not told us when the contract was signed *** further did not indicate it on any paperwork or the 3 day cancellation form. Lastly, on inspection they knew the **** eould not open and made no attempt yo correct it and open the door yo allow access go the vehicle inside.
