    I placed an online order on November 29th using a $250.00 store credit. I contacted the company around December 15, 2023 and inquired about the shipping and tracking information. The store owner emailed me stating that the product had to be ordered from the manufacture and it would ship as soon as possible. I informed the owner that I wanted the item on or before December 25, 2023. The item still hasn't shipped. There is clearly something else going on with my order. I'm assuming my order is on the back burner due to the purchase being made with store credit. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service I've received throughout this process. I sent the store owner an email stating "This is clearly unacceptable. If the statues I order are not shipped on or before January 27, ****, I would like to make a different selection from the statues that you have in stock and will ship within 3-5 days after my order is placed. If my order cannot be filled, I would like to discuss a refund. This email is not meant to antagonize or harass you or your business. I'm simple pointing out poor business practices and an unbelievable wait time for shipping. When I placed the order your shop showed the product as in stock on November 29, 2023."

    His order was shipped December 28, well before his January ********************* this complaint as I told him they would be. ***** had delayed delivery to us which I tried to explain was beyond our control and I shipped his order as soon as they arrived.

    They were shipped via **** tracking number 9434636105536018338107 and were showing estimated delivery for Thursday, January 4. I have been back and forth with him in multiple emails and he has decided he no longer wants the pieces and demanded a refund which I told him I would issue once we receive the order back to us since it had already shipped. The tracking number is showing he refused delivery of them yesterday so I will issue the refund once I receive the order back.
