    I had a challenge with getting the ********* software calibrated with the camera system. ****** with Boss Support was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable, and we were able to work it out in a short amount of time.

    I have had a great experience working the folks at ****. My salesman, ******* ******, tech support ******* **** and ******, and my demo technician *******, were all professional and very helpful. Always responded quickly. I bought a Boss laser after having an *** for several years. Much better machine and service. If you are looking to buy a laser, check the machines at **** before you purchase.

    First I was impressed with Boss Lasers facility. Very clean, organized and professional. Every employee I encounter made sure to say hello and greeted me and my wife. I made an appointment, got there a little early but was taken right in. **** was my salesman and ****** and ****** were out tour guides and technical experts. Once we explained our needs to them, they immediately brought us to the ************ Then they were both able to help us make the big decision on which machine we ended up getting. Always courteous, always professional and never rude or in a hurry. They did a few demos to show us what the machine could do and explained every step of the process from starting up, set up, light burn, cutting/engraving to finishing. I couldnt have asked for better! Im so glad we got away from Glowforge and moved to boss laser. Thanks Boss! And a special thank you to ****, ****** and ******!

    We had the pleasure of working with ******* ***** from Boss Laser, who provided hands-on training for our new 1.5kW EcoCut fiber laser. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything we needed to know before he left. Great experience!

    We Purchased the 1500w Ecocut and have been very happy with its performance. They sent out a technician to teach us how to set up and operate the laser. The Technician's name is ****** ***** and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful! I would highly recommend doing business with Boss Laser!
