    I sent Hemera Holdings a payment of $7320.00 for medical gloves after receiving an invoice for the product dated Oct 7. For weeks I have been lied to and told the product shipped and every time it has not, just last week ***** the CEO had a fake trucker call me to tell me the product was on a truck coming to me, more lies. In addition to the money I sent it has cost me hundreds in cancellation fees with my trucker, I have lost an additional $5,000 due to a sale following through because the product never showed and the lies. I lost a customer due to the lies, the time I have spent dealing with this scammer. I want a refund plus the funds I have lost as a result of these lies and being mislead. Being the CEO of my company and dealing with the CEO of Hemera I never thought I would be lied to like this and he blames everyone else from the Hurricane to his employees but does not take responsibility as his greed is what has prevented him from sending the gloves as the market has shifted and prices have gone up. If he told me a month ago that was one thing, but he has gotten a free loan and all I got was headaches and lies

    To Whom It May concern,

     

        I regards to respond to this compalint, we are disputing the statement.

    The customer tried to work with us through a broker and took almost 3 weeks to pay our company. We asked the broker(BJ) to not send any funds since took so long and we have another client but he didn't care.

       We have asked ***************** information to send his payment and also the broker to sent his money back(commission) but until today we have not received any banking information to send his money back.

       On Last Wednesday(11.27.2024) I spoke with him and decided to do some business together and if I loss on this deal then he can make more business with us in order to cover our lost but at the end we received this letter &  we decided to stop any business with this company. We sent an official email to ********* for his banking information but so far we didn't receive anything.(Please check the attached file.)

        We are ready to refund his money at anytime but it seems he doesn't want and instead he is trying to spoil our company name as well as my name.

    If we don't receive his banking information by Friday 12.06.2024 then we don't have any other choice rather than to Endorse his payment at our Attorney's trust account.
