    **** runs has predatory practices and makes it normal to steal money from customers who are trying to leave as subscribers. They refuse to refund money in any circumstance and especially in misunderstandings and immediate resolution on subscription renewal by mistake.Multiple times I tried to cancel my account and it still renewed and paid automatically. When I asked for a refund they implied they sent renewal warning emails that had never been sent, proven by screen shots from my email account.When trying to come to a resolution they then decided to completely ignore me and not return requests for resolution.Having a practice of stealing peoples money after immediate action was taken is not only ethically wrong, but predatory in nature. Hoping that a mistake is made so they can take money from hard working individuals.Not only that but they also refuse to refund account balances upon cancelation and instead make sure transfer to another subscriber. This is a odiously unethical practice that does not help subscribers recoup money not needed with their service.

    Hello,

    Just wanted to reconfirm that this business continues to ignore my request.  I have sent multiple correspondence to try and come to a solution, and they are refusing to answer me in any way.

    I no longer an requiring use of the account services and I am looking to get what’s left of a balance credited back to myself. They have told me that the only way I can get my balance back is if I transfer that to another persons account and on that persons good will I could ask for the balance I credited their account. I’m not comfortable at all without asking somebody to pay me out of their pocket on their own goodwill. I believe the company should refund me. I was a customer of theirs for three years paid into the services and now I no longer need it. It’s $14.85 it’s a little bit ridiculous to me

    **** has not used the account since 8/12/2022 and will receive the refund of the $14.45 that is remaining in the account.
