  On 11/28/2022 I purchased 20 bags of Cedar Bark Rock totaling $118.24. My history in purchasing from Pebble Junction in the past was over 150 bags of Cedar Bark Rock. The 20 bags of Cedar Bark Rock I received were wet and full of mud. Apparently, unbeknownst to me, the vendor had changed, the rock size was much smaller than I had purchased in the past and color was totally different. In my opinion, Pebble Junction should have advised me at time of purchase to expect a different size, different color and bags full of mud mixed in with the Cedar Bark. After several conversations, Pebble Junction advised they would give me credit for 10 bags. However, they wanted my credit card and I was not comfortable in providing it to them since they were not honest with the product I had purchased. Pebble Junction mainly sells to landscapers and I realize that I am a homeowner who doesn't buy large quantities, but nevertheless, Pebble Junction was not honest. I felt my purchase should have been credited in full. Pebble Junction could have offered me a check, or cash that I could have picked up.

  Good Morning,
  This is Telly ******* from Pebble Junction Inc. Yes Mrs. ******* was our customer. We understood that our Stone Vendor had made a mistake with Cedar Bark Rock. And Mrs. ******* reached out to us about the Clay , Sizing and Color. We explained that we would refund her Purchase in Full. The refund was based on the method that the customer provided for payment. We reached out to Mrs. ******* to resolve this matter , by taking her Credit Card information to refund the purchase back to her credit card. She went on about she do not trust up , and then we asked for her address to mail a check and she refused to give her address to us. We reached out over and over again. She refused all of our attempts to resolve this matter.

  Reference the response from Pebble Creek Junction Inc., the information which was provided by Telly ******* from Pebble Junction Inc. is not accurate. In my initial conversation with Telly *******, I was offered 10 bags of Cedar Bark Rock although I had purchased 20 bags. Since I was not satisfied with 10 bags, I emailed the owner of Pebble Creek Junction Inc, Ann *****. Ann ***** asked me to forward a copy of my receipt of the product which I did. I was never offered a full refund of $118.24 for 20lbs of Cedar Bark Rock. Their office staff called me and asked for my credit card to refund me, which I refused to provide them, I suggested they forward me a check, but they stated my identification would be necessary to forward a check. At no time did anyone ask for my address. Unfortunately, no one reached out to me over and over again nor did they attempt to resolve this matter as Telly ******* indicates in his response.
  I can provide documentation/emails to substantiate what transpired between Pebble Creek Junction Inc owner and staff if necessary.
