    On October 14th, there was a promotion with this company on Facebook to get TFal Pot and Pan set and I won and just needed to send $1 and my address for pot and pan set to be shipped. Others on the site had shown that they received their set so I thought this was legit. Upon transaction, I was charged $24.95 when I had checked the card. They did not send me any proof of transaction. I had called Bank of America and was given their website. They had a customer chat agent online and I spoke with that person and they had claimed to refund my money without any additional information other than my email. The agent had stated it was an affiliate third party who was using their info to scam people. If so, why would it be stated that I will receive a refund within 5-10 business days. It is very suspicious and I believe they are scamming people online on social media websites. I have checked this address and it is an apartment building not a place of business. Please investigate this matter.

    We apologize for the confusion, it appears you were referred to our website by an affiliate that uses false advertising to drive traffic to our website. This of course goes against our terms and conditions and we will take action accordingly.

    We have processed the refund for the requested charge $24.95 as per your prior request to customer support on 22/10/2022

    Depending on your bank, the amount should reflect in your account in 5-7 business days from the above mentioned date.

    Also, I would like to confirm that your subscription has been removed from our billing database and you will no longer be billed.
