    I ran out of HID Badge Labels for my Employee Badges. Online Labels was able to respond Quickly and deliver Quality Product A.S.A.P. Nothing better than being able to tell your ***************** that "We got the labels for the Badges for the new employees before they started" A Happy ADMIN / HR department makes the Owner's Day so much Better.... So thank you for the Quick Response...

    I've been purchasing labels from them for while and the lest few Kraft labels I had bought are not sticking to any of my products. I contact them back in November 2023 and I receive an email saying I was not "cleaning" the surface" right. They send few "tips". I answered them back and said I have followed all the "instructions" and the labels were still not sticking on my products. They never answered. I had surgery and I did not follow up until now. I sent them an email saying... Hey anything you can do to help me here. They said... No, it passed too much time since I purchase my labels.Awful customer service and client support. They ********************** are not that great too, so they don't have anything different from the other business to offer.I'm not working with them again and I'd not recommend it.

    After sitting on the phone for over an hour in a half sending multiple vides and picutres of there defective labels and how they are not sticking was a smack in the face. Literally the adhesive was coming off the label like Elmer's glue. The Man I spoke to could not get one supervisor present. Let me just say I am not a first time customer I've spent well over 2K on labels from these people for my business. Had them FDA approved and to ready to go out the door. Some how this batch was just not good I mean I sent multiple video's and still no answer, waiting on hold, t trying any thing to depict the label might not be it hold on once more. Its 4:36pm I was on the phone with this Man from 11:18 am I am just now at 4:30 getting answer. And that was they will give me 10 percent off my next purchase. I told him I get that every order because of the amount I spend.

    With numerous evidence of the adhesive failure still they did not right the wrong. I will never order from this company they do not care about the customers only ripping them off. Because not only my products cannot be sold I lost money so I will file a civil suit for that. DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE LABELS. There are other places that would of valued a loyal customer and just seeing the label, me as a business owner would of been appalled and shipped out better ones immediately that were not defective.

    I am sorry to hear about your experience. I apologize that a supervisor wasn't available to work with you on the issue at the time that you called. We have 3 supervisors in our customer service department so I need to further investigate why a supervisor wasn't immediately available.
    At this point, I have discussed your BBB complaint with our customer service manager and I asked him to reach out to you. Our customer service manager, Miles, let me know that he has left several voice mails and emailed you to try to connect with you to work on resolving the issue. We are happy to work with you to resolve the issue or credit you in full for the product if it isn't going to work for you. Please respond to our customer service manager's messages and we will work with you to come to a resolution that hopefully works for you.
    I did review the support ticket that you had sent to our customer service team prior to this BBB complaint and based on the images in the ticket, it appears you are trying to apply the label onto a tapered jar. If you don't have a label specifically sized for a tapered jar then it is typical to see creasing on the label. The labels you purchased are not made to be peeled up and put back down on the container. You can learn more about labeling tapered containers at the link below:
