    I absolutely recommend this dog grooming salon! The owner is incredibly dedicated and truly loves what she does. You can tell how much she cares about each dogshes always gentle, patient, and affectionate. The whole team is very loving with the pets, and they make sure every dog feels safe and happy. My dog always comes back looking great and wagging his tail. Its clear theyre not just professionals, but real animal lovers

    Siempre quedo encantada con el resultado. El trato con los perritos sper bien, quedan con un corte hermoso. Adems, se nota que el personal ama lo que hace y tiene mucha paciencia. Sin duda voy a volver. Gracias por el excelente trato y trabajo!Im always delighted with the results. The dogs are treated well, and they end up with a beautiful cut. Plus, you can tell the staff loves what they do and is very patient. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent service and work!

    Pecas es por mucho el mejor saln donde he llevado a mis pequeos, no solo cuentan con una extraordinaria atencin, sino que adems cuentan con personal muy bien capacitado dejando a mis pequeos en perfecto estado y adems llenos de mucho amor. Gracias ??

    Had such a great experience at this grooming shop! Everyone was super friendly and made my dog feel right at home. He usually gets nervous, but they were so patient and gentle with him. He looked so clean and happy afterwards they did an awesome job. Definitely coming back and highly recommend them!

    Pecas Grooming is hands down the best spot for pet grooming in town. The team is super friendly, professional, and you can tell they really care about the animals. My pet always comes back looking fresh, happy, and smelling great. Highly recommended!

    Was given awful customer **********************. Beware do no send you pet here. Owner is rude and not friendly. They are from a different country and do not provide good customer **********************.

    Dear ***********, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly regret to hear about your recent experience and that you feel this way after being a loyal customer since February 2024 with your pets, ***** and ********* like to take a moment to clarify what happened. As with all our appointments, a confirmation was sent via text and email, along with reminders that clearly state our 15-minute late policy and $25 no-show feepolicies that have remained the same throughout your time with us. Nothing changesyes, youve known about these policies for over a year.On Saturday, April 12, ***** had a scheduled appointment at 12:00 PM. Our receptionist kindly called at 11:12 AM offering an earlier slot due to a cancellation. You let us know you were coming from ***************** and would be here at your original appointment time. At 12:10 PM, with no sign of arrival, we called to confirm you were still on your way. You mentioned you would be there in about 3 minutes, which would be 12:13 PM. Our receptionist gently reminded you of the 15-minute cut-off, which is set at 12:15 PM.Unfortunately, our system automatically cancels late appointments at that cut-off time to respect the schedule of clients who do arrive on time. At 12:16 PM, your appointment was canceled, and a message was sent via text and email. You never showed up! At 12:18 PM, we called again offering to reschedule, but you declined and shared your decision to go ************ also like to clarify something personally. As the owner, I was on maternity leave during the time you began visiting our salon, so I havent had the pleasure of meeting you or your pets in person. However, before responding to any review, I make sure to carefully review all detailsthis includes checking our system records, call logs, and surveillance footage from the more than ten security cameras we have throughout the salon. This allows us to respond with accuracy, not assumptions.We understand how frustrating it can be to be turned away for being just a few minutes late. But as a small businessnot a large corporationwe must honor the same policies for every client, out of respect for our teams time and for the clients who arrive promptly. On less busy days, we sometimes have the flexibility to accommodate late arrivals, but on days like yesterday, our schedule was fully booked, and doing so would have impacted the rest of the day.We also want to express that were grateful your concern is regarding our no-show policy and not the quality of our services. It brings us pride to know that ***** and ***** have always left our salon looking and feeling their best.Were truly sorry to lose you as a client, and we sincerely hope you find a grooming salon that better fits your expectations and needs.
