I asked Ability Rebab Deltona location numerous times what the total amount of each visit. They told us $9.90 and that's after they verified with our insurance. Now they are billing $66 each visit. I called the office they said that was correct $9.90 per visit. The billing office says that they pretty much gave us false information, oh well and its illegal for them to change the cost of the care even if they gave false information. I feel like the company is providing fraudulent amounts to get customers.

When I went to Ability I was told I would pay $50 per session which I did every single time I came. After I was finished with all my therapy sessions I received a statement saying I owed additional money which I didn't understand because I paid the agreed upon $50 per session every time I went. I called multiple times to the billing department to inquire why I was being asked to pay more than I was originally stated and never received a response. I eventually paid my "balance" without explanation/proof that I owed it to avoid being sent to collections and avoid issues with my credit rating only to have them send me to collections after receiving my payment in full. I have an excellent credit rating and always pay my balances on time and it is ridiculous to send me to collections after they received my payment in full. They would've received my payment sooner if their billing department would've reached out to me after my multiple requests for an explanation on why I'm being charged over my agreed upon $50 per session copay. They need to remove any delinquencies on my credit report and stop the collections agency from any additional contact with me. This is a completely unprofessional way to run a business.
