  Hired them to spray and remove pond weeds. They came out on a Tuesday and sprayed. Call the next day to say they were coming on Thursday. I called the office and voiced my concern that it was to soon. Contract said 5 ro 7 days from spraying. They assured me all would be fine. Came out Thursday and removed the weeds 5 days later I had 2 large floating islands of roots. Called and you guessed it they want more money to come out and remove the islands. Buyer be ware!

  Dear ***** ******, We understand your frustration and we want to thank you for giving us your valued feedback. This helps us work better to address customer concerns and try to make sure we set proper expectations in the future. I assure you that the issue you are dealing with is not a result of the timing between when the vegetation was treated and the removal process. During the summer months, vegetation grows at a higher rate which means our products move through the plant material faster, allowing us to be able to remove the vegetation sooner after the treatment is completed. Waiting additional days between the treatment and removal would not have prevented the root system from releasing and forming the island in your lake. When we remove large areas of lilies that have overtaken a lakefront it is impossible to predict the way that the bottom of the lakefront will react when our boat is in the water cutting out all the desired lilies. Most of the time there is not an issue once the vegetation is removed. However, on rare occasions it's possible to find that the root system of the lilies releases from the bottom of the lake and causes an island to form. This island mass is called a tussock and while they sometimes occur after a removal is completed, there are also instances where these islands release from the bottom naturally over time without any disturbance. We complete removals of vegetation daily at Sorko and less than 5% of the completed removals have this issue arise at the conclusion of the job. For your particular situation, there isnt anything that could have prevented this from happening in your lake. It is impossible to predict when and where it will happen, and this is the reason that we add the discounted price for removal of lakefront vegetation that arises outside of our control, after the initial clean out is completed. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right.   I was explained exactly what services they were going to provide and the pricing. They were very thorough in working on my ***** pad and torpedo grass overrun pond. They first gave it treatments and then verified the progress before coming out to eliminate the aquatic problems. I am very pleased with the results. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 and definitely use them again if ever needed.

  Great guys , my lake has been so beautiful since they started ,going on 3 years, got rid of lake full of Lilly pads, and other vegetation, they are pleasant to deal with, always on time, great job, thanks sorrow services, Diane ******* from ***** ******** ****** *
