      STAY AWAY from this business, they are a bunch of greedy bullies, especially the so-called owner, who is a real JERK! I bought my house last year; it has a pool and a spa that is heated by a big propane tank. I "inherited" a lease contract the previous owner had with Thermotane Propane, which owned the propane tank and refilled it as needed. After many calls and emails exchanged with Thermotane about a ridiculous financial dispute, answered by clueless people who were absolutely powerless to resolve the situation but promised to escalate it and failed to do so, I gave up and ceased all kinds of communication. While I was on a business trip, my wife called me and said a couple of men BROKE INTO my property by forcing a gate opened and were physically removing the propane tank without any paperwork or a court order. She called the police about the break-in, but by the time they arrived the two men were long gone. These two men harassed my wife, physically threatened her and bullied their way in and out (I have a video and the police report to prove it). The police called the business to inquire about the facts and were rudely answered by someone identifying himself as the owner; this individual claimed that by contract Thermotane had the right to come into my property at any time unannounced and do whatever they wanted with the propane tank. Problem is, I NEVER signed any agreement with this business, and I would never ever agree with these conditions. As I previously said I inherited an existent contract. Police said this was not seen as a criminal matter, but a civil one. I'm not going to waste money on attorneys to sue this business for the amount of money involved, I have better things to do with my life. Although I wish I were home at the time, I would have shown them a little lesson on Southern Hospitality, Second Amendment and the Castle Doctrine...
