    I had some roofing work completed in August of 2022 which carried a 3 year warranty. I have subsequently observed a leak coming from the location of the repair. I have contacted Century Roofing to try and have an engineer come and inspect the area. After initial conversations and several promises of "someone will be with you today" nobody arrived. They are now not responding to any of my phone calls or emails.

    This has been resolved - it was a communication issue - Customer provided an international phone number that was unreachable from our phone system. Century provided to customer 2 contact numbers to communicate & confirm the appointment at their convenience. Per customer own admission he called one time and communicated with one tech at end of day when appointment time has passed, and then when he tried on second contact another number,  customer got voicemail full message and did not try again. Customer did send emails to the office, but he was notified he needs to directly confirm with tech/estimator because someone needs to open area. We are using Whats app to communicate as of now. Century never refused service and was actively finding a way to communicate effectively since first request. Everything is good. Please close. Thank You.

    Whilst the company has been out to inspect the work required to fix the roof, I have yet to hear from them regarding reparative work. Thus I would like to keep the complaint open for now.

    Please close this complaint. Although the company has not agreed to perform the repair like I hoped, we have come to an agreement as to how to proceed.
