    Terrible customer service and product. I ordered 2 pairs of vinyl shutters from them. Didn't realize that the sizes I chose were "custom", because they were the standard sizes on their drop-down menu.The shutters that I received are very flimsy and are not what I thought I was ordering. They do not match the photo of the product on the website. They are asymmetrical- large solid area at top, but not on bottom (photo on website shows a symmetrical shutter with matching solid portion at top and bottom), but the solid section is a different width on each pair, so they don't even match each other. The look terrible. I have attempted to contact the company via phone, website message and emails, yet no one is responding. I reviewed the return policy on the website and realize that because they are calling what I ordered "custom" shutters, they are not returnable. This is ridiculous, because they didn't send me what I ordered and I shouldn't be stuck with what they sent me. They don't even have the decency to return my calls, emails to discuss the issue.I will never do business with them again, nor recommend them to anyone.
