Have had nothing but issues since hiring Solcium to install solar at my home. Mistake after mistake starting with underquoting my home and over promising on work, production, and policy. So many issues I had ******* ******* the CEO take my project on personally after previously dealing with several other staff including the extremely hostile ******* *******. Nobody takes issues seriously or responds in a reasonable time. They will claim they are monitoring production just to buy time but when things go wrong and you are paying more on your electric bill than you did before the install they mysteriously are unavailable and dont answer calls, texts, or emails. ******** ****** is no different. I am still having issues with production not matching what I was promised and was told they arent going to do anything to fix it and that ******* is indefinitely unavailable. I advise everyone to steer clear of these scam artists. To this day, if you call customer support their phone system will hang up on you and you can only reach someone occasionally if you choose to speak to sales. A HUGE red flag that all they care about is money, not their customers. If you make the mistake of signing with them, cancel immediately! They only give you roughly a 48 hour period for a refund and then have to fight the financing company to close the account and get it off your credit report.

At Solcium Solar, we are deeply committed to ensuring every homeowner has a positive and fulfilling experience, and we regret that you feel weve fallen short of that ************* you're aware, *******, who was previously involved in your project, had to step away from Solcium due to urgent health concerns. He is no longer affiliated with our organization in any capacity. While we understand your desire to continue working with him, we hope youll allow us the opportunity to support you moving forward with the same level of care and professionalism.We want to acknowledge the concerns youve outlined as well as recap the actions weve taken to address your concerns. To date, weve provided reimbursements for under production of your system, your utility bill, as well as facilitated the completion of your tree work by covering $9,700 in related expenses. Your contract specifies a minimum annual production of ***** kWh. In 2024, your system produced ******* kWh a shortfall we take seriously. To address this, weve continued to offer additional reimbursement at a competitive rate to compensate you for the underproduction of your system.We remain committed to finding a resolution and would be happy to continue working with you toward a solution. However, we understand that you have expressed a firm preference to only work with *******. Unfortunately, given his departure, that is no longer possible.If you are open to re-engaging with our current team, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Facilitating the completion of the tree work should not be factored in here since that was COMPLETELY due to your fault of underestimating the cost of the job and using a contractor who was unreliable and unprofessional. I also feel the annual production estimates when I originally agreed to the installation were likely highly skewed and inaccurate to realistic usage for my home since I am regularly underproducing and still receiving electric bills for $150+ which I have repeatedly called and requested revision for but either got refusals or no answer. I would be willing to re-engage with the current team if you are able to provide a realistic and reasonable solution to this as the only real solution for me currently without your help is to eat the solar costs and continue to spread the word of your practices or sell my house and transfer the loan/payoff the panels with any profit from the sale and never do this again while also spreading the word of your practices.Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to discuss some sort of real solution but if you are just going to offer me <$50 as a one time reimbursement or sit around and argue and be rude with me like ******** and ******* have been then I have no interest in dealing with you any further. It really makes a lot of sense now why every sales person from your company I've met left very quickly including some of your higher level staff like ******* and ******. 5 starsInicialmente ***** de Solcium se acerc a m, fue fantstica, nos vendi el sistema y permaneci muy involucrada durante todo el proceso. Me encant la comunicacin ************************** y ***** en la oficina, y el resto del equipo siempre respondi rpidamente. La instalacin fue genial. Lo mejor es lo prctico e involucrado que es Solcium. Una vez completada la instalacin, enviaron representantes para responder todas mis preguntas. Fueron excelentes. It's been a year since I got solar with Solcium. I produced more than they promised the solar would. ***** my rep was great and helpful. Anytime I had questions we could reach out to her and she would answer. Very professional. The office would always respond within 15 minutes of my calls. The customer care after the system has been up has been impeccable, the customer experience rep ********* was knowledgeable, breaks things down so they were easier to understand, and he was very patient. Solcium Solar provided a detailed description of the install and what to expect as time progresses. To date (2 years) everything mentioned by ******** was 100% accurate, they started the install on time and finished ahead of schedule. All the values (cost, production etc) told to us during the sales process were accurate and no upselling. I would highly recommend Solcium Solar to anyone considering it.Solcium Solar LLC
