    On 5/23 I ordered 2 Grillbot grill cleaners for a total advertisied price including shipping for $199.99. The purchase posted to my credit card on 5/24. On 6/3 I contacted the Company since I had not received any info on shipping. I was told that the item was out of stock but would be sent as soon as they received more and they would notify me.On 7/2 I again contacted customer service and was told the item was still out of stock so I went to the web site where it is listed "in stock". I again went to customer service and the response was to CANCEL my order. I got a great price on this item and I want it for the advertised price at that time. I hope BBB can resolve this issue.

    Ordered a weber performer burner and igniter assembly, was shipped and received in 7days (ca to pa) via usps. Exact part I needed with easy installation instructions, plus new screws needed were provided for the install. Great online company, easy to order, delay in shipping due to usps. Grillparts shipped same day as order placed.
