    The company did not show up. Wasted our precious time and ruined our Christmas gift to our family.
    We wrangled our 10 family members, including 4 kids, and set off to the beach filled with anticipation. The build was a Christmas gift to our kids and they were so excited. We arrived at the meeting point early. As our time got closer I called the company an hour before to confirm we were in the correct spot since we did not receive their morning call as explained in their confirmation email. No answer, so I sent a text. No response. I proceeded to call, leave VMs, send texts, and an email with no response. Finally, 30 mins in to our appt I get a text that they were sorry and had a family emergency. As a small business owner myself I understand emergencies happen. However, I did expect some sort of communication at any point prior to the late communication received after I exhausted all channels available. A show of good faith for our inconvenience and dissapointment was requested and denied. I hope their family emergency was resolved and all is well with them and that policies and procedures can be put in place that prevent another family's memorable experience being one filled of disappointment and heartache.
