    Stan came out and quoted us to remove the tree and grind the stump. In the process of cutting down tree, on tree log came down and busted our concrete. He said he would be back to repair it. When he came back he only repay two of the three slabs he broke. He also said the job was costing him too much and tried to charge me extra. He did not grind the stump down as promised. Instead he only partially attempted it in one spot. He left a huge mess in our front yard. I texted Stan an asked when he would be back to finish the concrete and stump grind. He said the concrete was finished and that my boyfriend told him not to worry about doing anything else. He was simply asked to come back when it wasn’t raining. He used this as an excuse not to do anymore in my yard. I had already paid him in full and he had processed payment. I an shocked at how poorly the work was left undone. I would like some reconciliation to replace my concrete slab and remove the stump and debris as promised.Thank you
