    I ordered the tea on their website. To get the better pricing it offers a subscription plan that clearly states you can cancel at any time. This turns out to be deceptive marketing and is a lie. There is literally no option anywhere on the site to cancel future orders. There is no option within the account a person creates that allows you to cancel. I have sent dozens of emails in the last 3 months and multiple phone calls to customer service. No one ever responds!! Yet, they continue to charge my card. I have now gotten my bank involved and hope to have the company blocked soon.
    Do not order from this company!!! It is a scam.

    OKUMA NUTRITIONALS CONTINUES TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD FOR ITEMS NOT ORDERED. OKUMA NUTITIONALS IS COMMITTING THEFT BY CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
    This company has charged my credit card 3 months in a row. August 13, July 13 and June 13. I have demanded they stop this practice and they continue to take this money from me.

    I have ordered tea from Okuma Nutrition. They processed it as recurring service/payment and for 3 months in a row charging me and sending me the product. Their website clearly states that it can be stopped and returned. Ive called probably 100 times, send numerous message, to no result. This is a scam of some sort

    Company is selling expired product and will not answer attempts to contact through their customer service.

    Something has happened to Okuma Nutritionals. They still sell premium Oolong tea, but their customer support seems to be non-existent. My last purchase included an automatic subscription, re-ordering tea every 6-months. It was stated clearly that I could opt-out of this subscription at any time. But the website provides no means to do this, and there is no response from their customer service (phone and e-mail). So, what's my next step? If they won't cancel this subscription, I may have to involve my bank.

    I ordered okuma nutritionals tea under a subscription in December not realizing I would get a box every month. I called the company left a message to hold up next months box which would have been this months and I just got anther box today. I called today left another message and disconnected after I left my message. So at this point I want to just cancel the subscription.
    Can't get thru on telephone it disconnects and can't contact customer service on their website down.
