      ************************** contracted with ***** Claims (*** ******, the adjuster) to review my insurance claim with them and provide a written report of their review to them. On 2/14/2025, *** ****** (representing ***** Claims), came and did the work for ****************** and submitted his report to them on the same ******** is the request I sent to *** ****** of ***** Claims:"Hello ***: Greetings. Please send me a copy of the adjusters report that you provided to ******************************** I have asked them for a copy of the report but they have refused to provide me with it. Since they stated that your report was the reason they denied my claim, I would like to see the report to be sure you did not misrepresent the reason for the house flooding. From what you saw, the flooding through the foundation was old. The flooding we filed a claim for was the one that happened on 1/30/2025 due to flooding directly from the storm which is covered by the ****************** policy.Below is the text message I received from *** ******* Hi ******. Yes, we received the report from the adjuster, who determined that the water which caused the damage was surface water which seeped through the foundation in the basement. Unfortunately your policy specifically excludes this cause of loss, so we are not able to cover the cost of the repairs. We sent you a letter which describes this in more detail - you should be getting that letter soon.Thank you for your time and consideration.****** Gar ************************************** ***************** ************."This was my second time contacting *** ****** on this matter but I have received no response from him or from ***** Claims. I would appreciate receiving from *** ****** a copy of the report he submitted to ****************** to ensure that the report he filed is correct.
