      11/25/24 today we had **** from Aqua Electrical install a new panel , Breakers, and Surge protector to our 30 year home. They completed the job in less time than they projected and did a great job. We were required to make this update for Florida Homeowners Insurance. After obtaining 3 bids Aqua was the fastest to complete the job and the most reasonable. Steve Nadeau Bradenton, Fl.

      During a service, under a warranty (Silver A plan) 2 services per year. On 1/22/2024 the agent who performed the service change the 2 UV lamps and replaced 1 -SCM-Plus outdoor (the previous one was full of water, due there was no protection from the rain and obvious that will be occur again in the future).So, the invoice was for $648.90. What I am going to expect in the year to comes, the same amount of money plus the $189.,00 for the warranty of this Silver A plan.To me is ridicules and robbing our money with a Licensee

      During our service a tech was in our home when he was standing too close to me and my dog. She jumped out of my arms to protect me in her mind and he said she bit him. As a retired nurse I assess the area no wounds noted anywhere. This tech went out to his work truck and ten minutes later stated his knee was bleeding. I believe this was a deliberate abrasive by him for whatever reason. A wound usually bleeds as it is obtained by a puncture or bite right away. He was checked on by us the next day and he stated everything was fine he put iodine and a bandaid yet five day later he called and reported to animal services. He was told by us that our dog was fully vaccinated which was verified by AS. I'm not sure the point of this report but it seemed very suspicious. The company said he didn't go to the doctor as it was nor serious enough. We will never use this company again or refer it to anyone just be aware not all employees are honest with good intentions. This has caused a lot of stress in our house as my husband is dealing with a lot of debilitating health issues.

      We have been consistently using Aqua Plumbing and Air for the Maintenance of our Air Conditioning since they installedit in 2016. Every time they come out, they are so kind and perform expert inspections on our system. We pay a yearly service fee and they come to our home twice a year. We really enjoy the service we get from this company.
