    Received an email that I had won in a contest a Reme-Halo LED U/V system for my A/C unit.I was sceptical but called to inquire. This was ***** of 2021, sure enough they said the unit was new and they would install the product and include a 7 year warranty on unit and 4 years on the bulb. Everything worked until recently and as I was in need of a replacement A/C unit I asked the new installers to relocate the Reme unit to above the Air Handler. At installation the installers informed me the unit was not functioning properly. I called Badger Bobs and they will cover the unit under warranty but will charge me for a service call. I emailed RGF Manufacturing the builder of Reme and they confirmed warranty or exchange if necessary but will not cover labor. I find that this is misleading to offer a 7 year warranty but not cover the labor. I spoke with ******* who was very friendly but would not budge on the labor. The unit is useless now and I would recommend that anyone interested in this type of product do your research and get everything in Writing. I do understand the many difficulties in operating a small business but customer service is always rewarded by loyalty from the customer base.

    ****************** thank you bring out attention to this concern.  Below marks the events that took place which land us to where we are with your concern at this time. 

    4/22/21- Install Complimentary RGF **** HALO LED Whole house air purification system that was won thru observer. 
    4/22/21- Due to application restrictions, had to install Reme halo led in attic above unit, ran wire up to new location ( above and beyond standard installation) 
    3/23/23- *************************** gets new HVAC Installation from another HVAC Contractor and has them move the **** HALO LED from the attic to a new plenum installed on new HVAC Air handler in closet. At time of them moving the system, advised it was not working properly
    3/29/23- Spoke with ****** about solution and advised that the system is still under a Part only warranty and he would be responsible for the labor. We quoted $89 to come out and take care of the situation. That would handle the labor, warranty claim of reme halo and any misc. items needed. ****** felt that the warranty should cover everything and he should not come out of pocket at all. 

    Due to the fact that another company and touched and reinstalled this Reme Halo unit we maintain that this company is responsible for correcting the wiring of the unit in order to get it in proper working order.  If the unit itself is not working at all because the cell or bulb is defective then we'd be happy to return and warrant the part and the discounted labor rate to install the defective part would be 89.00.  However we urge ***************** to get the contractor that installed his new AC system to return and fix the issue as it would be at no cost to him.  We appreciate ********************** business and look forward to working with him in the future.

    In August 2022 I purchased and entered into an "Ultimate Membership Agreement" with Badger ***'s for $294. I entered into this agreement because at the time Badger ***'s sold appliances and the agreement that I paid for with them included benefits for purchasing appliances. I had been speaking with representatives about purchasing appliances from the company and had an electrician and plumber from the company come to my home to prep the spaces for the installation of the kitchen appliances. Without warning, I was told in early January of 2023 that Badger ***'s was no longer selling appliances and I would need to purchase my appliances elsewhere. I went to another company to purchase the appliances for my kitchen. I had those appliances delivered only to find that they would not install the large over the range microwave because there was not a ready plug for installation. I contacted Badger ***'s who I had prep the spaces and was told that they would not install the microwave because I did not purchase it from them. I did not purchase it from them because they refused to sell me appliances without any warning and after I had made an agreement with them that included the ability to purchase appliances. As a resolution I want them to prep the space as I had requested in the first place and install the over the range microwave without damaging the stove or any other appliances and or parts of my home and honor the agreement I entered into with them. I would not have paid for and entered into the agreement if I had known that they were not going to sell me appliances. I am stuck with an incomplete job as a result of the abrupt change that they made in their services and am out money and time that I otherwise would not have had to spend.

    The service from this company is terrible. I have called multiple times regarding an issue with my new air conditioner and no one will call me back. Your calls go directly to a call center. You can never be directly connected to someone at this place of business. This is bad form for a business that just sold a 10K air conditioner to me.

    We understand that JR came out to your residence and helped with some diagnostics of humidity issue.  He changed the thermostat and as I understand it this issue has been resolved.
