They don't try to upsell you...they give their opinion and/or job estimate and leave the decision up to you without pressure. I have their Annual Membership to service my AC and extremely happy with it.Today **** quickly resolved an issue we had with our freezer drawer door being stuck...ouch. It is now moving freely! 5 starsI have signed up for the Annual Membership to service all appliances and everyone that has come out was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I also had my a/c ducts cleaned by two younger technicians and they did a great job! One of the techs was new and his partner did a i thorough job of training and educating him!! I already feel like I am breathing cleaner air! I would recommend Badger ***'s to anyone who wants a job done in a professional manner and on top of that the prices are reasonable! 5 starsI chose Badger *** because they offered both plumbing and electrical work. My project required both skills, and I believed there would be efficiencies in having the same company do both. Whether or not the efficiencies were achieved is debatable, however, the there is no denying the project was completed on budget and I am very happy with the crews and quality of work. Like all projects, unexpected things happen, Badger ***'s teams adjusted as expected from a professional organization and overcame. 5 starsRegardless of the unusual name, this organization provides excellent service. *****, the tech that repaired our washer is a model professional. He is very knowledgeable, provides speedy service and is most patient in explaining the problem and solution. Will use them for all service needs in the future.
