    They installed an A/C unit for me in April of 2021 and Since December 2024 I have attempted to contact them to arrange and appointment for a possible warranty repair or at least a Service call. In December I had a different HVAC company out for a service and they stated the unit was not registered and has no warranty and i would need to pay for the parts. I decided to contact the original installer which is Home Air Defender to see i there was a warranty and if not, why wasn't it ever registered. As if it was registered it would be within the limited warranty period After several calls and messages left. I was able to get a hold of a woman who stated that she was a partner and would put me in though with the owner (Ralph) since he did the install. The owner did contact me and I sent him text messages of the pictures model/serial number he asked for so he could check on the warranty. Since then, 7 weeks ago he stopped responding. I decided to start calling his office 2 weeks ago to get an appointment through them, in which they state they would reach out to Ralph for me. Since then as of today, the office no longer picks up my phone calls nor does Ralph respond form his cell phone number.

    I requested an estimate from Home Air Defender to replace old duct work in the attic of our condo. **** from ********. came a couple of days later. He was very thorough in his assessment of our issues. He took many pictures and he even **** a schematic of what would have to be done before he left. He e-mailed me the complete work project estimate 24 hours later. His estimate was the best compared to the other estimates I received from other companies. **** and **** were the ********* who did the work on replacing all of our duct work in our attic. They were meticulous and kept me informed on what they were doing during the process. I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning needs. We will be doing business with them going forward in the future.

    When Home Air Defender arrived at my residence, after inspecting the A/C he pointed to several seriously obvious faults left unattended by prior companies. Major issues such as water leaking from the HVAC plenum, many air gaps, HVAC not anchored, VERY unstable . Use of a heat sensor inside the house specifically detects where loss of heat or cold air is escaping. He is very thorough in his investigation, providing explanations of all his findings as he progresses, including videos. He is on time, constant contact with customer for his arrival, reliable, allows the homeowner to decide which work is vital. This is a great company like no other company we’ve hired in the past.
