    I am rejecting this response because:

    seller didnt address their agents attempt at intentional deception. Further no email was ever received. The seller also did not address the negative impact their dishonesty has caused and will continue to cause to this customer until a resolution can be made.

    hen only changed his story when I threatened to file this case. I feel like this business is shady for the following reason, first no notification or clarification via email when the order was cancelled, and we only found out when paypal sent us a refund, second the agent stated he looked up the case and then lied to me about the reason, third agent then changed the story once BBB was mentioned. I tried to resolve this through esaclation but the agent did not want to help resolve this. What makes this worse is that these were for my daughters business she runs to pay for school. We sold he old monitor speakers when we ordered these to pay for them, and now she has nothing and cannot do work normally to pay for her school. this was also explained to the business who did not seem to care at all.

    Unfortunately, there was a pricing error on our site which listed a pair of speakers at the price of a single speaker. 

    The customer placed the ordered on a Saturday.  An email was sent to the customer on the next business day (Monday) explaining the error and that the order would not be able to be filled. The customer was fully refunded on Tuesday.

    Our store policies cover pricing errors such as this and those policies were followed. 

    We apologize for any inconvenience.
