    PLEASE NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. They do steal year money. I rented a car from them a month ago in Sarasota, FL. They seemed very nice when giving me the car. They did charge me $300 deposit and sent me a contract which I signed, declaring that they would refund the deposit in 3 days after they get the car back. It has been a month now, I did not receive anything. They never get my calls. They want me to text them and keep saying a bunch of lies as they would send the deposit in 3 days, in a few days, bank problem, etc. For the last 2 weeks no word and no deposit. No human to talk. They are thieves. If I paid with credit card, my bank would never pay them as I would talk to them, but because I paid with debit card, they got my money right away and are not sending the refund.

    As you are well aware a refund in full has been processed prior to you posting this review. If you have any issues locating the refund or still have not received it, we as you to contact our office so we can be sure you are refunded in Full for the deposit.
