I took my car into Notts automotive on November 8th 2024 for the front passenger side window not rolling down. This is the first of 5 visits to the shop. I was told that it needed a new window motor. I came back a separate day after the part was ordered and had it installed. Picked the car up at the end of the day and paid 500$. The window worked. I got home and attempted to roll all windows down and the back right window went down and did not roll up now. I then drove back to the shop when they opened the next day on Nov 9th 2024. They told me that they needed to now order a window motor for the back window. I paid 400$ for labor for that day for them to do nothing besides take the car apart. They also damaged my custom sun visor this day leaving greaseoil on it. They also ripped a hole in my seat. I could not get an appointment to bring my car in till Nov 26th 2024. I brought my car in on Tuesday the 26th and was told that all my windows now do not work and they NEED to keep it another day. This is after putting in both new window motors. At around 4pm on the 27th they called me and told me that they will manually get the windows up and to not use them until I can get the car to a **** dealership to look at because they cant figure out whats going on. Being told the car will be ready for pickup that night, I promptly paid over the phone 800$. I figured as long as the windows are up by any means I will pay this amount. Regardless of the work they did fixing the issue or not. After payment I got a call back from Notts about a hour later at 5:15pm saying that a technician accidentally rolled the windows down and that they will need the car again to get them up. So all in all I paid about 1500$ In labor and for parts that I did not need nor did they fix the problem. They lied to my face with a false story about them fixing it but accidentally someone lowered the windows knowing that I would not pay for labor or parts that did not work. I would like a full refund.

On 11/01/2024 Mr. ***** brought his ******************** to have the front passenger window looked at due to it not working. To diagnose the issue, we removed the front passenger inner door panel and found that the window motor was non-operational.  The part needed to be ordered and due to the customer needing their vehicle back we reinstalled the door panel and charged the customer $67.50 for the diagnosis.  Mr. ***** then came back on 11/07/2024 to have the passenger front window repaired.  After repair the window worked, and the customer was charged $298.53.  The next day Mr. ***** returned and stated that he had put the convertible top down and then the passenger rear quarter window was stuck down.  He also stated that he had not used the convertible top for some time.  On 11/14/2024 the vehicle was dropped off to diagnose the top not working and the passenger rear quarter window not working.  We removed the passenger rear panels and other interior parts to gain access to the passenger rear power window assembly. We diagnosed a non-functioning window motor.  The part needed to be ordered, and Mr. ***** requested that the car be put back together so he could pick it up.  He was charged $270.00 for the diagnosis.  Mr. ***** then brought the vehicle back on 11/26/2024 for the passenger rear quarter window to be repaired.  After the initial repair the windows and convertible top were functioning at first and then stopped working again with both rear windows being stuck down and the top partially working.  Mr. ***** was called and informed that we would need the vehicle overnight for further diagnosis.  During the diagnosis we found corroded connectors at the smart junction block, and we tried to clean the connectors and after the windows would work intermittently.  Then the rear windows stopped working completely.  This was now the end of the day before Thanksgiving and Mr. ***** wanted the car back.  We called him at the end of the day to inform him of the situation and left a voicemail.  He was not charged at this time for this visit due to the issues that arose.  Previously he had stated to leave the vehicle out front for him to pick up later.  We then contacted Mr. ***** Monday 12/02/2024 to get the vehicle back in to complete diagnosis.  He notified us that he would think about bringing the vehicle back.  We have not heard back from him as of now 12/3/2024.  In total Mr. ***** was charged $366.03 in regards to the right front window which was working.  He was also charged $270.00 to diagnose the passenger rear quarter window and convertible top.  This all totals to $636.03.  See attached invoices.  Mr. ***** was not charged for the last visit due to the electrical issues that arose, and we made an attempt to try to resolve the issue, but Mr. ***** has not contacted us or will any longer take our calls.

With my total price being inaccurate I do apologize. I would like a refund of the 270$ for diagnosing the back right window, giving that the motor was replaced and it did not resolve the issue.
