    The waves boat club boats are available to members by reservation or by availability.Among the terms of use is that the boat is fully fueled when taken and must be returned fully fueled.As a member I believe that I have been required to purchase more fuel than I could have reasonably used on the outing.On two occasions I believed that the boat I chartered was not fully fueled and went from ************* to a fueling spot.The boat took on fuel both times.On one occasion Ipresented the receipt by returning to the dock,showed the purchase receipt,requested pay or credit but was denied either.Another time I believed the boat was not fully fueled and the Waves employee agreed to go to the fuel dock with me. The boat took $20.00 of gas.I cancelled the trip because of high wind,but had I taken the trip without without checking the fuel,I would have paid for gas used by someone else.I have related all the above to Waves owner,but got no response.I believe Waves has a moral and contractual duty to ensure that boats represented to be fully fueled are in fact fully fueled.I hope that this complaint is made known to Waves and that they improve that aspect of their service to members.
