    Feedback for Future Customers: My Experience with Cabex and my full Kitchen Remodel project. I recently completed a kitchen remodel with Cabex, costing over $100K+. I'd like to share my experience to help future customers make informed decisions. Pros: • Project Planning: They provided a project plan and generally adhered to it. • Product Knowledge and Design: Their expertise in kitchen design and product knowledge convinced us to choose them. Cons: • Lack of Cost Transparency: When signing the contract, Cabex does not provide a detailed cost breakdown. Even if requested, it is not provided. Be aware of this. • Customer Service Issues: When problems arise during the project, customer service is poor. They tend to deflect responsibility and ownership. • Lack of Empathy: After being without a kitchen for months, their empathy for our situation was non-existent. • Follow-Up: Follow-up by the owner to address issues or concerns was poor at best. Summary: My overall experience with Cabex did not meet my expectations, especially considering the significant investment. The key issues were the lack of customer service and ownership. I provided them with this feedback after the project's conclusion. I hope future customers find this information useful before engaging with Cabex for their projects.
