    We ordered 150 chairs in 2018 which were delivered and were great. This year, a number of the chairs started to disintegrate and tear. Luckily, we had their 10-year material warranty, or so we thought.As it turns out, their "warranty" does not cover any material defects or trouble if the chairs are exposed to "direct or indirect sunlight". That means, in plain English, that if the chairs are in a room with windows, the warranty is null and void.I'm not sure how many churches have sanctuaries with no windows, but my educated guess is: not too many.So, if you buy chair from them, they are generally good quality, but don't buy them based on their supposed warranty. It is useless.

    We value and appreciate our Customer's opinion.  We provided ******************** a copy of the warranty and explained why the issue with the chairs was not covered. We offered and he accepted a good will payment for the trouble experienced with 5 chairs.

    I have ordered 150 chairs to go overseas, it was a long wait but in the end it was well worth it. The chairs was packaged well and even upon shipping everything stayed intact. Deborah was my sales Rep, she had explained every single detail about the chairs and had me decide at the end. Overall I'm happy with everyone I have dialog with. Thank you! The chairs are now in the Caribbean and everyone is super happy!

    I am very disappointed and displeased considering the order of our chairs was placed in November 2021 ,in the meantime renovation was done and once finished we had not seating .The approximate arrival date March-April 2022 once again I understand Covid was geographically, but as of Aug the 23, 2022 we have yet to receive our 200 chairs . I emailed and spoke with Mr. Tom the CEO . Every week I would email or call for an update. I was given different dates but then finally I was given August 27, 2022as the date approached I email today apology was given but the date changed yet again .. Now Sept 17, 2022 This is beyond upsetting , what if they never arrive then what ........
