Sorry to hear you believe it was false advertisement! I have included a screenshot of our free children's voucher that indicates "HURRY FIRST 100 ADULTS PAY JUST $14.50 ONLINE". As our header, we advertise this voucher and the first 100 promo tickets everywhere and can assure their was no false advertisement.

I purchased tickets - too many by mistake and would like a refund for all of them. this is provided as a reason in their refund drop down selection and I purchased the insurance to obtain a refund. I am also no longer able to travel that distance due to family issues that they want evidence for but it is not something i can evident at this time, paperwork has not been filed, it is personal. We have been in contact with the company as well as the insurance company and they've both sent over their conversations and screenshots that have been held with you. They're stating different reasonings for your refund request which are completely opposite of each other and makes grounds for a refund not an option. With the insurance company requesting documentation in order to issue a refund, it's apart of there process and must be honored as a company. Are you able to issue the requested documentation at this time?

May 12, 2023 ******************************************** 6-year-old daughter was sitting very calmly in her seat and placed her hands on either side of the seat to reposition herself. She began screaming in pain and dripping blood, I looked with my phone light and saw that the skin over the entire tip of her finger was peeled back. The staff did absolutely nothing to help. Nobody even knew where to find a band-aid. They finally located a small first-aid kit and gave it to me as opposed to helping. I sprayed her wound and covered it before ******* her to the *** This did require a suture, and the x-ray showed that the tip of her pinky was broken. She had to take a course of antibiotics and miss out on her sports. The company seemed cooperative at first, and told me to send in my medical bills. I sent in one of the bills I have received so far, and now they are saying they aren't sure how to proceed because I did not notify management to fill out an incident report form. Nobody ever instructed me to do this, or that the person I was emailing was not management. They are trying to get out of paying these bills by claiming I did not do what I needed to do, when in reality THEY didn't follow their own protocol. -Side note, a water bottle from ***'s Club is over $5 and popcorn is $10. And everything else in the 'kids area' is at an additional cost. DO NOT be fooled by the 'free kids tickets'.Initial Complaint

I purchased 7 tickets 6/20/2023 ! For the ************ show playing at 6/24/2023 ! On 6/24/2023 I noticed how bad the weather was , not being able to drive or transport 5 children all under 7 in those conditions I called to have the tickets refunded. The lady instructed me to file a refund request which I did ! No response , I then filed another refund request and also called 4 times . I was told that I had to use the tickets next year or at all because I was unable to get a refund because the show still went on . I continued to call for the supervisor but was being told she left the building each and everytime I called and that they would leave a note for her to get back to me . Which she never did . It is now July.2,2023 and still no response or call back or refund. I am still reaching out daily and have yet to receive the proper help !Business Response

We tried reaching out to you this passed Monday 07/03/23 in regards to this, and I left you a voicemail if you'd like to go listen to it. Management denied your refund request and again per policy, our tickets are non-refundable which you agreed to when purchasing your tickets. As mentioned, our tickets never expire until they're used and can also be transferred even to our Monster Truckz event. If you are requesting a formal denial letter you can email ********************************************************** and include your information in your initial email. I will also include the verbiage as far as you checking off that you understood the terms and conditions of our tickets as far as no refunds go.

I am rejecting this response because: thou that was a great scripted time - consuming response.. the matter still is not resolved.. the show WAS in fact cancelled for me and my family because of weather climates , bad and dangerous traffic and thunderstorms.. & again traveling with 5 kids under the age of 7 . So , Because we didnt see or even make the show , it was canceled FOR US .. will be looking forward to better cooperation

This was the worst circus I've ever been to they said it was climate control it is every bit of 90° in this tent I am disabled and the only reason I came because they said this is climate control and I am sweating profusely I can barely breathe if I would have known that this tent was going to be 90° I would not have come and jeopardize my health I would like a full refund because I cannot stay and they are telling me I cannot have a refund they are forcing you to buy fans in order to cool off this is absolutely ridiculous and inhumaneBusiness Response

We did have generator issues and were able to bring in fans to help with the temperature control, to allow our show to go on for our audience. Garden Bros Circus has refused to pay their vendor bill. They have set up shows across America and refuse to pay up when the show is done. They owe over 30k in vendor bills o a small business . They never answer the phone or rely to emails.Business Response

On 4/9/23 I went to your website to purchase two tickets for the circus with a total of $120, however upon submitting my card information the website had an error message that said that the purchase was not completed and so I tried again. I bought two tickets for a total of $120 and the same error message popped up. I decided not to try again but later in the day, checked my email and realized that I had an email that had tickets to the circus. Unfortunately, the time I read the email was already close to starting time therefore we did not attend. I attended the circus in 2/12/23, I was overcharged by $60. The tickets states they are $30 per adult with a child ticket(free). The price was $60 per adult,this is unethical. Tickets were purchased for 3 childrens tickets on this website. I thought I was purchasing two adults and one kid ticket total 3 instead I got three childrens tickets general admission emailed to me. I reached out them on the phone and chat the same day as soon I noticed the error and they would not change it. So In order to go to the even I had to purchase more tickets and the tickets I had for 3 kids were not used and they told me to sell them to someone online. There was no way I could sell tickets online for an even that was the same day in a few hrs none the less. Advising customers to sell tickets so they can get more people to attend their show is a scam. Errors happen not like I wanted a refund I wanted my tickets to be corrected and ended having to purchase the correct tickets. So they got paid for three under childrens tickets.Business Response
