    I don't think I could have had better service. I called to have these guys clean my computer. I made that call at 8am and someone was at my house at 11am. Just wonderful service is all I can say. They even cleaned my phone. I am working again, faster and better than before.

    That's awesome.  I will pat myself on the back for that one.  I had no idea how we were going to fit you in that day too but somehow we made it work.  We were booked for the next week but you two have been with us for 15 years so when you called, I knew I had to make it work.  We got the computer cleaned, your phone disinfected, your Internet up and running and your email working and in record time to get you off to your appointment and I am happy we were able to make everything work.

    My new computer is working amazing and I love the new sound system. Who new that good of sound could come out of a single bar under the monitor. I am convinced that B2B is the best ******** computer repair company and I will never go anywhere else. Why go elsewhere when you already have the best company out there?     One word to describe the excellence of this company would be reliable. They are always there when you need them and they are, in my opinion, the best computer consulting firm I've personally ever worked with in the past 20 years. Very happy to leave you a review.     I don't know about most ******** computer repair companies but I do know something about this one. The best buy geek squad told me my computer was done and broken. They said the mainboard was broken and told me to call B2B IT. I called and they were at my door within 2 hours. The tech had my "broken" computer turning on and showing up within 15 minutes. Then he stuck around for 4 hours while the data transferred to my new computer just to ensure that it would transfer. This was a fantastic service call and I am very happy.

I feel like we have made a new friend as well as an excellent business partner. We look forward to new business relations in the future. Very happy I was able to get your computer up and running when others could not. To their defense, an overcharged battery is a difficult thing to diagnose if you haven't seen it before but they should not have told you that you needed a new computer. Simply disconnecting the battery was enough but you have to have the experience to know that.

    Very much a highly recommended computer repair company. I called them to fix a keyboard on my laptop and what I received was so much more than that.First, they drove an hour to me to hand deliver a USB keyboard while we waited for the laptop keyboard to come in and that was fantastic.Next, they kept excellent communication with me on the parts.When they came out, they spotted the computer had infections and was running slow. I knew something was wrong but didn't know what it was. They worked for hours and got my computer up and running on the spot. This was amazing service.I asked them about the streaming for my movies and after a while the technician tested the Internet speed and the connection between the ** and the Xfinity equipment. He helped fix the streaming problem we were having too!As I said, so much more than the service I called about so this makes this company a fantastic computer repair company in my book!
