    Waste of money! I can create my excel woeksheets!!! Software is a joke! Requsted my $$ back after it took them 8 days to send user creditials! I was ordering this for my employee & not have to spend time creating spreadsheets for her. I have not heard back from simple planning except this Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us!     Had trouble due to lack of instructions. The product said it had a 100% guarantee. When requested via email I get the generic response that email received and will hear from them. Well, I have not and I have contacted them a few times already. Purchase date of 8/31 24.

    This software is a waste of money. There is no tutorial to show how to use it. The little bit that the video shows doesn't tell you anything. I sent an email to the support and it came back that the inbox is full. I will be trying to get my money back.

    I love this program. It is easy to use, adjusts when I make changes. Quick to learn how to use. I have never had a problem with it, I have purchased a more updated version, and still love the product. In the past I have purchased a more complicated budgeting program - and never used it. I use this one on a regular basis. What happened to their website, I am unable to access it anymore.
