    I placed my kitchen countertops and new sink order through *********** they in turn sent my order to the manufacturer and installer - Distinctive Surfaces. Do not use this company to manufacture and install your kitchen countertops or sink because once your old countertops is removed and if your cabinet top it is not level they will not complete the new countertops install. Im left with half my countertops installed and the remaining not installed. All of my kitchen sink plumbing is disconnected and cannot be reconnected until I find someone else to level my cabinets so they can come back to complete the install.

    Distinctive Surfaces of Florida, Inc. has been fabricating and installing custom countertops for over 25 years.
    When we measured for the new tops the customer still had their existing tops on.  We would have had no way of knowing the customers cabinets were unlevel.  
    The customer's preexisting tops were not as heavy and can flex some.
    The new tops the customer selected are extremely heavy and will not flex to the * level cabinets.  We could have completed the install, but we did not want the customer to have issues in the future, as we know they would, due to the cabinets being unlevel.
