    Order #********** Dear Better Business Bureau, On Friday, June 6th, I received the wrong product after placing an order with them. I immediately contacted GETFPV's via email to notify them of the issue and to request instructions on how to return the incorrect item for a refund. ***** ****** responded, asking me to send a photo of the product so he could verify what I received. Since the item was packaged in a thick, reflective plastic wrap, I removed it to take a clear picture and informed ***** of this in my reply. I also offered an alternative solution: instead of a refund, I would be willing to wait for the correct item to be restocked and sent to me when available.***** replied, stating that I had ordered the wrong product. I responded, explaining that I based my purchase on the product name and images shown on their website. I was unaware that there was any confusion in selecting the right product.Later, ***** sent another message saying, " Instead of a refund, why don't we offer you store credit? The code will be active and usable immediately, and you can use it to get the *** you need as soon as it's in stock. I replied later that Friday afternoon, agreeing to the store credit and asked how I should return the incorrect item to receive the credit.However, I did not receive a response until Monday, June 9th, when ***** finally replied and informed me that they could not issue the store credit because the package had been ********* summarize: I was never informed that opening the package would make the product non-returnable. On the contrary, I was asked to provide a photo that would not have been possible to take without opening the packaging. I feel that I have made every effort to cooperate and resolve the issue reasonably, but the lack of clear communication and shifting policies has made it very frustrating.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.     On January 5th, 2025 we received an Aquila 16 drone kit which we had ordered for a holiday present at a total cost of $309.83 including shipping (see Exhibit A). In fact, this order was initiated in the first place because the parent company of GetFPV (BetaFPV) had lost our order and were refusing to provide a refund until more time elapsed.On January 10th, 2025 (5 days later) we opened the drone kit received from GetFPV only to discover that the goggles had trouble connecting to the drone and when they did occasionally connect, the image was extremely degraded. It appeared to be a defective device so we did not open the packaging any further or use the drone in any way. The drone kit remains unused. Incidentally, the original order from the parent company (*******) finally arrived (more than a month after we ordered). We opened the original kit and that unit appeared to work fine.I asked GetFPV for a full refund and RMA from GetFPV because a) the kit did not work, b) the image quality was poor, c) we had the kit in or possession for less than one week, and d) we were forced into the purchase anyway because the original kit took more than 5 weeks to arrive. GetFPV initially refused to issue a refund and would not take the drone back stating, "Unfortunately, we cannot accept a used drone back for refund" (see Exhibit B). Later GetFPV then indicated that they needed to see comprehensive videos containing large files that would need to be uploaded to a third party server in order to diagnose the problem (see Exhibit C). In reply, on Jan 19, 2025, I stated again that the kit was unused, that we did not want to open the contents and take extensive videos, but rather we wanted the item taken back for a full refund. We have yet to receive a reply or resolution from GetFPV.

    The transaction was on Dec 28, 2024, 7:44:36 PM $507.23 They committed to provide me a functional pair of DJI Goggles 3. They instead gave me a damaged pair, and after countless emails with all proof they have decided they cannot do anything about it. They barely tried to resolve the problem, and failed.

    On about July 29, 2024 I placed an on-line order for several items and played extra for fast delivery. When order did not arrive in allotted time, I attempted to cancel order. ****** responded with bogus claim order was delivered. Went back and forth via e-mail for a couple days. No resolution. Later tried to log into online GetFPV only to find my account was blocked.My bank account still shows money gone from account. I want my money back and I want GetFPV out of business!

    I bought a drone that was defective in the first week of use resulting in a total loss, the drone has a 15 day warranty that they did not honor

    Due to the length of conversation with the customer, I have prepared a document(which is attached) of our interaction. 

    We have been in business for over 10 years and pride ourselves with having some of the best customers and providing them with best service. 

    It is unfortunate that the customer lost their drone, but as you will read some bad decisions led up to the lost.

    We made some offers to ease the lost but they were declined.

    I purchased some item online on 09/05/2023. The item was shipped, and tracking info was provided. It has now been ten days since and I have not received package. The Carrier seems to have lost track of said package. I called DHL the carrier and they say they do not have the package and it was turned over to ***** **** has confirmed that they have not received any DHL turnovers from the facility that originally had the package. **************** responds to my inquiries with, "Just wait a few more days and then call us back." This was supposed to arrive in 3 days. it's been over 10 days.

    I purchased a drone from them on November 25 2022. The drone came on January 21st 2023 with no instructions. Ive reach out coulees times via email and they never answer the phone. Ive emailed them asking for the procedure to return the item and no one is answering any of my emails. Now before I purchased anything they were the easiest people to get In touch with bit now they have my eleven hundred dollars and no one is getting back to me about returning the product.
