    Bought a ebike rhat was warrentied 3 momths within one minth the battery burnt up i jad kept the bike well maitianed *** was obviously a faulty bike a take ot back with a wittness present was told ot was am easy fix. That it would be ready in two days checked afyer them two days and two days tirned imtow anither two eeeks wnd anither week finaly i was told bike would be ready last tuesday buut that was the hurricane i have keft many and numerous messages and attemtos to find out if battery is ready and what they have even dome to imsure no imternal damage was dome to battery as a falsh of electric light falshed from wothin baytery casing which to me they oaid no attemtiom too i feel th ... e buimseas is runninb bery poorly .... I do make tje statement of wanting the job done but fairly i want to know that the battery is in working order where this isnt going to keep happpening im pitting i jist want the job done nit i want ot im resnable time if my battery ismt jusy ready and in working order today its been a resicoukus amount of tike and they have ignored a bunch of my calls and coice mails if ots not ready ny saturday i request a full refund and return of buke
