      Power outage been out since 0430 and still no response from BGE crew keep saying someone in route but the whole area is out and not just my apartment building. They made local businesses a priority 1st but the residential buildings reported this is.

      On March 12, 2024 I contacted BGE to report that I smelled gas while standing in my backyard. On March 27, 2024 I observed a crew of 4 BGE workers marking areas in my backyard. On March 28th when I arrived home , I noticed most of the power out in my home and continued to smell a faint gas smell. I contacted BGE and a technician was immediately dispatched to my home. He informed me that a gas cap was repaired and while they were in the trench in my backyard, the neutral line was damaged causing a power surge to my home. He explained that 240 volts were going in and only 40 volts was leaving out. He immediately requested an electrician to come out and for me to relay that information to him. An electrician arrived within an hour, confirmed what the ************* technician reported by connecting a black box to my meter. He informed me that a contracting team would arrive within 2-3 hrs to correct the problem. I called BGE every 2-3 hours for an update and each time a later arrival time was given. The temperature indoors remained in the 50's so I went to work the next morning for safety. The contractor called me at 11:30 am for me to come home so they could show me how to reset the circuit breaker. At that time we (contractor and I) noticed the severity of electrical damage throughout my home. The contractor suggested that I document all damages. I contacted BGE and they suggested that I pay for the damages and submit a claim for reimbursement.

      There is a wire hanging down in my backyard been there for over a year and no one still have not came and fixed it Fix this issue or we will be sueing we have a special sneeds who can have seizure at any moment my house is too hot not to have any power! If no one does anything you will be speaking to my lawyers as well as the bge is company I'm tired of this . 5 plus times a year my lights go out and then bge threathen to turn off my lights because I didn't pay $300 it's ridiculous! . It's ridiculous how much yah steal money from people and leaving g them suffering -

      I am not liable for this debt with bge , I do not have a contract with bge and they did not provide me with the original contract as I previously requested

      ******* at ***** is a new development at Telge and ***** in ******* *****. There is a very large detention pond and there is a PUMP managed by BGE that is pumping large amounts of water out all around us out of the detention pond. The PUMP is very loud and runs 24/7 for the past months except 4/27, 428, & 4/29 and revived up again 4/30. The PUMP revs up very loud when a lot of rain waking up our households in *******. And its a very LOUD thumping bumping humming buzzing noise. Permeating all parts our houses. It can be heard over 70 decibels of white noise Pleas please please please please please please ask BGE to iSOUND PROOF this PUMP! We need our rest!!! This is very UNHEALTHY! Humming and buzzing and thumping and bumping is awful! And the flooding causing a tremendous amount of mosquitoes. Please talk to them. I talked to a rep who was onsite on May 1 and reported this awful noise ! I told him the only time I didnt hear the pumping was on the dates mentioned above and then started up again on Tuesday, 4/30 and he said what time? When he asked that question, I am thinking to myself, now I know the noise is coming from that pump. He took my name, number and address. He told me & showed me the pump is way down in a large metal pipe -And I told him the pumping noise can be heard throughout ******* and that the noise is awful. And that we cannot even find a quiet place anywhere in our house. He said he would let his manager know. I just ask, please have BGE sound proof the PUMP! This has been going on since January 2024. Thank you for your time and help! Our rights to peaceful property is so crucial! And is at hand! Please please please please please.
