    Just another disappointing money hungry business. I added my daughter as an add-on to my account in their words but when I cancelled my account with plenty of notice they did not inform me I would have to cancel hers as well. So they kept charging me and will not refund my money. I just dont understand how $75 makes such a difference to a company on something that is clearly a grey area. I am a single mom with 3 kids and $75 is a huge deal to me.

    ******* completed a cancel form on 3/13 see attached form. Her membership was promptly canceled.

     

    A cancel form was completed on 5/7 for her daughter in which the account was promptly canceled and email confirmation was sent.

    The time of the cancelation is not the issue it is the fact you called it an add on which should not need to be cancelled and if it did then you should have informed me of that. Also you are the owner of both franchises so the location is a moot point.
