1 starWe had a vinyl plank floor put down and a year later noticed defects in the flooring Have called and gone to the store at least 3 times in the last 2 months to have a warranty inspection. No response and no resolution. And also, they will not pay for labor to resolve the problem Mind you, the flooring has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer so there should be not reason not resolve the issue. Communication with this company with the customer is zero. I've been dealing with a floor repair from a job contract signed June 1, 2022. Last week, I thought it was finally going to be finished and the installer was given a box of flooring in which each piece was damaged. My floors are still not finished and my room is still torn up. I'm very dissatisfied with this company who says they're all about customer service. Beware. Don't believe them.

I appreciate your involvement in expediting the flooring install. I received a call the next day and the floor has been completed. The installer who was sent out was Adriano. His customer service skills and his work skills are excellent.Manasota Flooring, Inc.
