      On 11/29 I performed a round trip load from DAX Freight Llc which was booked with ***** *. The first had was picked at STEEL ********************************* which was brought to ***** at ********************************************* where the shipper provided a ***. ***** advised that the receiver at the ***** will unload which was not accurate as my driver did the majority of the unloading. Than the return trip was to get loaded at the same ***** and bring back to STEEL in ******** which my driver had to assist in loading. The gentleman at the ***** signed the *** and advised he did not have paperwork to provide for what he was loading. ***** advised me that he was going to be at the STEEL location in ******** to receive the load. Once my driver arrived he obtained a signature on the same ***. On Dec, 4 I was advised that my payment will be sent via wire transfer, it is now 12/20 and I have not been paid and the company has been ignoring my emails and phone calls. This company is very unprofessional and I advise everyone to stay away from them. Very poor customer service, full of lies, do not take accountability and do not honor there end of the negotiations.
