AVOID THEM AT ANY COST- So I just sent a package to my parents and here's what happened. First, we need to create a shipping label at Boundr's website. Second, they ship it to their facility somewhere in Florida (Takes 3-4 days for this) through UPS ground. 3rd, they will send you another email stating they just deducted some more money from your credit card because your package was not as you mentioned. Hah! Really? Anyway, so I just lost extra $ 25 on top of the $ 51.96 I paid in order to save $ 14 dollars at FedEX or UPS directly!!!!! How the **** can my 3.7 lbs package turn into a 10 lbs package????? That's insane!!!! 4th, now DHL sends out a KYC (Know your customer document) upload request to the receiver. This is where the real pain in the *** begins. If there is EVEN ONE SMALL variation in the address printed on your passport or any other ID (Versus the address mentioned by the sender); they will NOT DELIVER your package and keep rejecting your KYC. Ultimately either you will have your package returned to sender or it will accumulate a fine for letting it sit at their warehouses. And here's the icing on the cake. I sent USED items in the box and my parents were charged $ 40 as customs duty. That's the last nail in the coffin. I am going to find some more people to file a lawsuit against them. No kidding. We had a **** of a time uploading documents and also sending them a letter of clarification about the address. Nobody pays heed to you if you call DHLs customer service or email them. Please learn from my experiences here. Stick to UPS or FedEX or maybe USPS. AVOID BOUNDR AND DHL AT EVERY COST. Ultimately you think you saved 12-15 dollars, but they take even more than that from you under handedly by stating your package was more than what you mentioned. Avoid the hassle. Pay that extra little money to these other companies I mentioned and be at peace. Thanks!
