      They are refusing to answer my phone calls after I sent in the information they requested in order to process my rebate.

      We apologize for the delay in sending out the $25 refund to the customer generating this complaint. We have since sent out a check # ***** in the amount of $25 that cleared our bank account on 3/26/25 ( see attachments). Sorry for any inconvenience.

      Returned LifeProtect247 equipment for my dad ****** ******. Received a Confirmation Receipt on 3/28/24 with the offer and registration form for $25 rebate.Mailed form on 4/5/24. Form does not state if has to be mailed certified just that it has to be mailed through US Postal ********** is now 12/26/24 and I have not received any communication or the rebate voucher as stated on form.I submitted everything as required and want my $25 rebate!I have a receipt to send but only have 7 days to submit so I have attached the receipt and a copy of the rebate form showing there is no mention of sending form via certified Mail.

      I submitted two airfare supporting documents to receive my $1000 airfare credit. When I received my rebate check in the mail it was only for $75.37. When I called this company I was informed that they only reimburse 20% of the fare. When I signed up for this vacation package to the receive the airfare credit I was not told that I would only receive 20% otherwise I would not have signed up. That would be a BAD deal. When I called on 9/17/24 to get the instructions on how to submit my paperwork I received an email with the instructions. On 9/17/24 is the first time I saw or heard anything about only being reimbursed 20%. To remedy this I want my full $1000 rebate for airfare expenses I submitted. My expense I submitted total $1,052.94. That is the only remedy I will accept because if it was communicated when I purchased the package that it would only be 20% I would not have signed up.

      ******************************* received a Life Protect item in 2/24. He no longer needed it and was told he could return it and receive a $25.00 rebate for using it. They sent a ***************** card as well as the Official $25 Gift Rebate Registration Form. The Certificate Code is GIFTIR0419, Certificate No.: *******. I returned the registration form on the behalf of *********************************************, NE on 03/04/24. The Terms and Conditions says to allow 8-10 weeks for processing, It has been long past that time and he still has not received his $25.00 rebate. We would appreciate knowing the status of the rebate and how much longer he must wait to receive it. Please mail to: ******************************* ***************************************. Your attention to this matter in a timely response is greatly appreciated. - ************************* on behalf of *******************************

      This business is advertising my personal phone number as as this business' "other" number. Please have them remove my phone number from all listings associated with this "business". Thanks.

      Picture is on your web site of my phone number being listed as other phone for international rebates.  Again, I have had this personal cell phone # for at least 7 years, and I have nothing to do with international rebates.  Please have my number removed from association with this seemingly shady business.

      International Rebates, LLC seems to have no intention to work with its customers. I thought I did everything that I was supposed to comply with the many ridiculous and unnecessary hoops they want you to jump through. I filled out the information properly after a long wait to try to find out what was even going on. I waited two months to get my rebate card in the mail. When I called, the person said the request had been voided because it wasn't sent by certified mail. There was no communication from the company to let me know that I had missed this step. They simply voided the offer. When I asked for a manager they gave me the name of a person **** who is supposed to have an extension **** with the phone number of ************. The number is most likely bogus as there's an eternal busy signal with no option for an extension.

      Good morning.  This customer was not in compliance with the terms and conditions of her offer.  We have attempted to reach her several times to discuss, however we were not successful in reaching her.  As a customer courtesy, we have cashed her out for the rebate.  The full amount of $100 was mailed to her at the address provided.
