  On 2/25/2023 *********************** owner of Total Service Refurbishing LLC came to fix a entry gate on the side of my house that was very large and was broken because it was leaning heavily to the ground, the gate swung inward to the back yard and was difficult to open but was large enough for the lawn maintenance crew to come in, ******* said he could fix it using the same fencing material in place but would cut it in half to to make it smaller, I agreed, when I went out to look at it there was a worker I never saw before he said he works for *******, he had the gate door swinging in the wrong direction outward instead of inward and the gate had a very small opening he could not speak very good English that was not the way I told **************** wanted it, it was not wide enough for the lawn service to bring their mower through the gate and it swung out toward the road instead of toward back yard , it did not close properly either it was a big disappointment, I called ******* he came down to my house looked at it and started yelling at me saying that is the way I told him to do it he called me a liar and started throwing tools cursing saying he knew I wouldn't pay, I did not lie he is the liar, I was so embarrassed and scared of him I gave him a check so he would leave. later that day the guy that did the work left a note on my door asking me to pay him for his work, I assume ******* fired him for doing a terrible job. I did not contact that guy. I called ******* several times to come to correct the gate, the yard guys could not get through that gate to cut my grass, ******* said I would have to pay him to come fix it .I told him unfortunately I would have to report him to the BBB he said go ahead I'm not a member of the BBB I'm an 80 year old woman living alone trying to take care of my property and finding it very difficult . I feel I'm a victim of elder abuse by *********************** I saw his add in a local paper the check # I paid him with is ****, NOT an honest person
