      Santos was hired to install a retaining wall in our backyard. wall turned out great.

      Im a property manager who has used Santos USA Construction both personally & professionally. They have done 2 different projects at my house - installation of a brick paver ****************** and installation of brick pavers around my pool, along with re-tiling. The driveway project went very smoothly. There were some challenges with my pool project, mostly due to personnel issues, which Santos USA Construction addressed quickly. The office team were very responsive & did everything possible to ensure that I was happy with the final outcome.

      the pavers look amazing and very happy with over all job. Not the least bit happy with office protocol.. They did the ordering and ordered nearly 1 1/2 skid extra pavers, what is a 70 yr. old to do with that many xtra pavers, 480. they told me they will not take them back and that I can sell them. But they took the extra sand that I paid for and could have used by my dock. This company was also nearly 2 months late and you can not back out because 1/2 down and non refundable. this company is not one I will do business with again or recommend to anyone.
