    Would definitely NOT recommend, this Father Daughters duo is not qualified nor experienced in large scale projects. They will under quote their services to win the bid/business and under perform on promises. Then when you call for a meeting for issues, they will state that need to update contract and charge more for additional needed staff. so instead of leaving the meeting where you brought up short comings, you will leave with a arrangement for a significantly higher NEW monthly bill due to there incompetency. Some issues to note: Staff turn over at least twice per month, that cleaning staff brings there minor children to clean with them, they will NOT secure you business once they leave the premises (doors unlocked and lights on) No actual cleaning Cleaning staff departure hours after mid-night Items missing from work spaces The owners father will play the strong arm when issues are brought up and will threaten you to take you to court to sue you if you seek some sort of reduction in cost due to there own poor service and unfulfilled contract. We are a title-1 school that serves the poorest demographic of students in our county and they (BORO) still seeks every penny of the unsatisfactory work they did not perform. *** DO NOT go into any false promises contract with Boro as you will regret it within the first month.
