    I was in ******* with my family over the weekend. On Saturday 7/6 we rented jet skis 6 of us. There was prior damage which we have photos of. After we got back to ** we were charged 2k to my debit card. Zero damage was done.

    Our check in process always includes images of equipment before it goes out. Images we took, including images provided by the customer show no damage, after the customer returned there was major damage to the hull of the jet ski requiring extensive repair. We communicated that same day with the customer, and followed our policies, which include responsibility of the customer with the credit card on file that was supplied by the customer. We have had many conversations with this customer seven days following. The customer has been harassing our business and all of our employees and we have had to disengage from the customer completely. All documentation has been provided to our booking platform, credit card processing platform and attorney.
