    July 5th 2024.We paid for a boat excursion to occur, our boat was in an accident and therefore the excursion did not occur. Yes, we signed terms and conditions to board the boat, however, we sat on the Florida intercoastal for 2 hours on a boat. I am not asking for a full refund, however, the owner has made it clear that he is rude and his behavior via email when I expressed my feelings about the event that occurred he was demeaning and threatening me to call his lawyer. I was not rude, I was trying to be fair and polite. Please see the email with details attached.

    We booked a banana boat ride online on 6/28/24 for 11 AM. The reservation was made an hour prior to 11 AM, to have them pick us up at our resort. Half an hour later, I received a call saying they could no longer pick us up at the requested location and that we would have to drive 5 miles to another location, which was not logistically possible for us (Party of 6 kids). We requested a refund, and they refused to issue one.Then, they threatened me with extra fees if I tried to dispute it with my credit card company.
