    Invoice purchase date: June 12, 2023 Purchased 250 LF primed poplar baseboard.Requested 12' - 16' mix boards (specifically discussed the need for longer boards with salesman, ***********************). Received 19 boards *****' - 14', a total of 255' less ****" of damaged, unrepairable board, 5 of the damaged boards were the longest. The boards arrived primed but very rough and each board required sanding prior to painting.The invoice indicates 10 days lead time. I received the boards on July 6. I had to call several times to get a delivery date. When I called the day after the 10 days, a Tuesday, I was given a list of excuses and told that it wouldn't be until the following Wednesday. When I called the following Wednesday, delivery was changed to Thursday. Poor communication, poor product. This company should not have a A+ rating with BBB

     Good afternoon,

      After reading this case it doesn't sound like we were given an opportunity to correct any defect in material.  We experienced a machinery failure during this project that caused schedule delay.  To address the priming complaint, the customer should have been informed that all custom primed molding requires sanding by a painter before final painting.  We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer.
